Frank Harvey RPH, is a proven successful large company and entrepreneurial leader.  He has successfully led small business to Fortune 500 companies. He also has extensive experience in working on both the buy- and sell-side with venture capital and private equity.

​Frank’s leadership roles include:

• Chief Executive Officer for Mirixa Corporation, a leading Healthcare Technology and Services company focusing on the Medication Therapy Management, Adherence and Star Ratings areas.
• Chairman and CEO for Liberty Medical, the largest mail order diabetic testing, ostomy, and catheter supply company. At Liberty he took the company through a leverage buy out, reorganization and an eventual sale.
• Corporate Officer for Harte-Hanks, a leading direct marketing company. He was president of several Harte-Hanks companies, including Harte-Hanks Direct, Harte-Hanks Data Technology and Harte-Hanks Interactive.​

Frank graduated summa cum laude from the Medical College of Virginia with a BS in Pharmacy and summa cum laude from the University of Phoenix with an MBA. He attained his CPD from The Wharton Graduate School at the University of Pennsylvania.
